Neil has closely managed blue-chip, global customers in France, Germany & USA. He brings deep experience of developing overseas company strategy and operational and financial management . Neil is a physics graduate of the University of Cambridge and has an MBA.

Alessandro brings more than 12 years of marketing and business development experience. Since his PhD & MBA he has also mentored and grown emerging companies and liasoned with VCs.
He brings a deep understanding of large company sales cycles and has extensive overseas market engagement experience.

Sibel Ozcan, Senior Researcher
Sibel is responsible for co-ordinating the refrigerant characterisation and computer modelling activities that generate new heat engine designs.
Sibel has worked for a number of Cambridge start-ups and has a PhD in experimental physics from the Cavendish Laborarory in Cambridge. |
Paul Burdett, Senior Engineer
Paul is responsible for designing and delivering practical implementations of cutting edge high-efficiency heat engine designs.
Paul brings strong engineering and design experience to Camfridge. He has led engeineering teams in both the Defence and Commercial sectors. |
