More than 15 years of business experience working in sales, marketing and project roles for both Fortune 500 and growth companies in the USA, France and Germany.. He also as experience growing early stage companies having worked for a number of US start-ups and founding Nimaya in the USA. He brings deep experience of developing overseas company strategy and operational and financial management . Neil is a doctoral physics graduate of the University of Cambridge and has an MBA.
Alessandro Pastore, Executive Director, Business Development
Alessandro brings more than 15 years of marketing and business development experience in both fortune 500 (e.g. Siemens and Telecom Italia) and growth companies as well as being engaged in the VC industry. Alessandro has worked across Europe and South America. He brings a deep understanding of large company sales cycles and has extensive overseas market engagement experience. Ale has an MBA and a PhD from the Politecnico di Torino.

Sibel Ozcan, Senior Researcher
Sibel is responsible for coordinating the refrigerant characterization and modeling activities, as well as computational models that generate new heat engine designs.
Sibel has worked for a number of Cambridge start-ups and has a PhD in experimental physics from the Cavendish Laboratory in Cambridge. |
Paul Burdett, Chief Engineer
Paul is responsible for designing and delivering practical implementations of cutting edge high-efficiency heat engine designs.
Paul brings strong development and production engineering skills to Camfridge. He has led engineering teams in both the Defence and Commercial sectors, and comes to Camfridge from the semiconductor materials fabrication sector. |
